Boxingteam<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This team is for boxers, where boxing is the focus, and where the goal is to get into a fight. You cannot train at Boxing Team if you do not at least participate in sparring (boxing against each other). The minimum age for the team is 11 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone trains together and spars with each other when level, age and weight are appropriate. Technique, fitness and strength are extremely important elements, and this is trained intensively. The team trains three times a week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trainers on the team have a lot of experience, have boxed many real fights themselves and even have championships behind them. In addition, there are also trained boxing trainers. The purpose of the team is to develop boxers for real fights - because that is exactly what a boxing club should and can do.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Cross\u2019n Boxfit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

High heart rate, hard training and lots of sweat <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cross\u2019n Boxfit is the team for you who want to get your heart rate up and challenge both your strength, fitness and willpower. It\u2019s not a team for sissies \u2013 here you work through it from start to finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training focuses primarily on functional training and high intensity, inspired by CrossFit, but with a distinct touch of boxing. Boxing gloves and punching bags are used extensively, combined with hard physical training on a rowing machine, weight training and bodyweight exercises that really test the body. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is less focus on boxing technique and more focus on effective, versatile and demanding training, where the whole body comes into play. The exercises are varied, the pace is fast, and there is a guarantee of sweat on the forehead and tired muscles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cross'n Boxfit is for those who want to push themselves, get stronger, and go home feeling like they've given everything.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mixteam<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Relaxed training and strong community<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mixteam is a team for adults who want a safe place to be active at their own pace. The team is aimed at those who may not be quite as young as they once were, but who still want movement, presence and community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training takes place twice a week, with a focus on calm and adapted training, where everyone can join in. There is room for breaks, individual consideration and a relaxed atmosphere, where security and well-being are at the center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mixteam is much more than training. After training, the team often gathers for coffee and good conversations, and great emphasis is placed on social fellowship. The team also goes on trips together and holds joint events such as Christmas lunch, where relationships are further strengthened. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On training days, Mixteam has the room to itself, so that training can be done undisturbed in a quiet setting. Participants have full access to the club's facilities and use them in the way that best suits the individual.
